Order Processing

All orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

​Shipping Charges

​Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹499.

​Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live.

​Undelivered Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus the shipping charges.
