Order Cancellations
​Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please email us immediately with your Order ID.
​After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the item and initiate a standard return.
​Returns
We want you to love your CrazyCombo purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
​Timeframe: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
​Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
​Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as innerwear, grooming products, or unsealed electronics) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
​Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or return.
​Refunds
​Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
​Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Bank Account) within 5-7 business days.
​Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund.
